Automatic machine for the production of alimentary pastry, fitted with a single or double kneading basin, suitable to feed forming machines for cappelletti, ravioli, tortellini and cutters.
The machine is completely made in stainless steel, the internal sides can be opened completely for cleaning.
The external sides, where frictions bearings are installed, cannot come into contact with pastry.
All the functions are driven by single moto reducers. Safety devices in accordance with running laws.
