Pre-dryer for Pasta

It can be used for the pre-drying of fresh, stuffed and pasteurized pasta. It is made of stainless steel and it is composed by vibrating surfaces. The combination of movement, ventilation, and heating allows us to dehydrate the product partially, preserving its original shape. This not only makes it easier to handle but also extends its shelf life by significantly reducing moisture content.
