The press for extruded pasta FLORIDA produces both pasta, with or without eggs such as noodles, spaghetti, pappardelle, maccheroni in different sizes and sheets of pasta of any thickness for the production of lasagne or cannelloni. Moreover, it is suitable to produce traditional regional specialities. It is extraordinarily versatile and can be used with any type of flour or semolina, for the production of special pasta. The mixer shaft can be dismantled and removed for faster and easier cleaning. This model is equipped with a fan that allows the pre-drying of pasta and an electronic pasta cutter.

PRESS FOR EXTRUDED PASTA “FLORIDA” MODEL

  • Machine completely built in stainless steel.
  • Base in moulded plate with opening to access the internal mechanisms.
  • Extrusion screw group with cooled head with water circulation.
  • Double kneading basin with independent engines and removable mixing shafts.
  • Manually invertible upper basin for pre-mixing.
  • Removable pasta cutter group with independent motorization and adjustable speed.
  • Suitable for continuous cycle production: the upper basin can be used for the second dough while the machine is kneading the first one.
  • The removable mixing shaft and the particular shape of the basins make it easy for the operator to intervene and clean and guarantee maximum hygiene.

STANDARD EQUIPMENT:

  • Automatic pasta cutter – Extrusion cylinder cooled by water.

OPTIONAL PARTS:

  • Refrigerating group for water cooling of extrusion cylinder.
  • Power supply three-phase 380 Volts 50 HZ. Special voltages upon request.
