- Base in moulded plate with opening to access the internal mechanisms.
- Extrusion screw group with cooled head with water circulation.
- Double kneading basin with independent engines and removable mixing shafts.
- Manually invertible upper basin for pre-mixing.
- Removable pasta cutter group with independent motorization and adjustable speed.
- Suitable for continuous cycle production: the upper basin can be used for the second dough while the machine is kneading the first one.
- The removable mixing shaft and the particular shape of the basins make it easy for the operator to intervene and clean and guarantee maximum hygiene.
