Main Features:
Carton forming machines work in several stages:
- At the beginning of the cycle, the forming machine picks up a blank from the magazine and transports it to the forming area.
- A pusher descends and inserts the blank into the folding area, and deposits the formed carton onto the slat conveyor, which transports it to the filling area.
- Once the carton is filled, it is moved to the closing area.
- In the final stage, glue is sprayed onto the front flap, and the carton is inserted into the closing belts.
- A slat conveyor closes the front flap, and glue is sprayed onto the short sides as the carton moves through the belts, which are then closed using guides.
- The formed carton is released from the machine.
