Main Features:
- Three independent brushless motors control the main movements of the machine: the feeding conveyor, the longitudinal sealing and the transversal sealing group. The exit conveyor is driven by a variable-speed drum.
- All the function parameters of the machine can be modified through the touch-screen panel.
- The machine automatically adjusts the bag length, the film print centring, the positioning of the product in phase with the printing and the slowing down of the transversal sealing group.
- All functional groups are cantilevered assembled and the electrical components are placed in the back part of the machine, thus making it more hygienic and easier to clean.
- All protecting covering can be easily removed and a particular attention was paid to powders and crumbs, that are collected in suitable boxes very easy to clean.
Equipment
- The machine can be equipped with one or two film reels from 600 up to 900 mm wide.
- Moreover, automatic film reel changeover and motorized film pulling are available accessories.
- The sealing bar of the transversal sealing group can be up to 400 mm wide.
Motor group
- Three brushless motors (Omron) for the control of the feeding conveyor, the longitudinal sealing group and the transversal sealing group.
- Electronic adjustment of tear off.
Product feed and discharge.
- Infeed conveyor (mm. 2000 long) with top covers in AISI stainless steel and emergency stop push button at the end.
- Stainless steel side guides adjustable in width.
- ½ inches pitch infeed chain with “polyzene ” guide
- Transport lugs with relevant blocks fixed onto infeed chain made of food grade moulded plastic with quick blocking/unblocking system.
- Cover under the feeding conveyor for inspection and cleaning of possible crumbs and dirty.
- Infeed chain and crimp setting by handle placed on the operator side.

Film reel group
- Cantilevered aluminium reel holder with pneumatic blocking with 600 mm long arm
- Reel brake by auto-adjusting pneumatic feeler pin.
Long seals group with pneumatic opening when the machine stops
- Three pairs of longitudinal sealing rollers diameter 120, the first and the third cold while the second warm for the sealing.
- Static edge folding plate.
Transversal crimps group
- Transversal crimps (useful width from 200 up to mm. 400) having centreline between mm.102 and mm.195.
- Inclined cutting knives (mm. 240 x 25 x 4)
- Electronic crimps safety friction.
