General features of the packaging machine:
- Epoxy painted steel frame structure.
- Reel holding group with idle cones on motor driven sliding carriages, motorized unwinding system and automatic machine stoppage at film runout. Film compensation by dancing roller.
- Pneumatic moving horizontal sealing group.
- Pneumatic moving vertical hinged sealing group for rapid forming tube changeover.
- Motor driven friction drive film transport belts, self-centering, Simple and fast changeover.
- Pneumatic bag support group with motorized height adjustment and pneumatic bag shaker.
- Control panel with programming keyboard, thermo-regulators for sealing and printing temperature control, stop/start push buttons.
- Encoder for bag length control (alternative to the photocell for central printing).
- Pneumatic circuit with alarm for air run out (on the control panel).
- The machine can work with any heat seal materials like polypropylene, aluminum complex, PVC, laminated film and polyethylene (PE version).
- All moving mechanical parts and external support are treated with food grade chemical nickel bath with 0,3 mm metal penetration in order to guarantee inoxidizability.
