This machine is suitable for the production of dumplings, with potatoes or specific preparations. It is completely in stainless steel; it has got a device for the suling of the dumpling and an electronic regulation for the cutting. The simple construction allows an easy dismantling of the parts for a simple cleaning. The machine is equipped with an automatic pulverizing system for the dumplings. Safety devices in conformity with UE regulations. Feeding with 3 phase current 380 Volts 50 Hz; special voltages upon request.
