Pasta dryer ESC model

The dryer is designed for drying short, long, and stuffed pasta, as well as drying of pasteurized pasta before packaging.

  • It is made of 50 mm thick panels covered with painted metal sheets that ensure a good thermal insulation and a long-lasting equipment.
  • It uses 30% energy less than other dryers. The process is coordinated by microprocessor. There are nine different programs of drying.
  • The drying process is made up of 5 steps. you can regulate: temperature, humidity, time of work of fans, time of breaks in the fun fans’ functioning, and the time of the stage’s duration. You can control the drying process by using a control panel, which allows you to set programs.

Main Features:

  • Air circulation is regulated by periodically turning fans on and off and changing the direction of airflow.
  • The cycle can be customized with varying work and rest periods.
  • Parameters like temperature, humidity, and circulation times are input via a keyboard and displayed on a screen. The system prevents errors and stores settings, even when the machine is off.
  • Automatic humidity extractors.
  • Ventilation system composed of balanced, low-noise, heat-resistant fans suitable for air movement, complete with a cyclic clock for intermittent and reversing fan operation; air heating is achieved with electric resistances (on request, it can be done with banks of heat exchangers fed with hot water, to be calculated separately).
  • Three-phase power supply V 220/380 – HZ 50. Special voltages on request.
